In most city tours, you are regaled with the more popular/well-known aspects of the city’s landmarks, history, and culture. However, US Ghost Adventures offers a different experience! I got to hear stories about the darker parts of Providence’s history as well as some fun, unexpected anecdotes. The stories about Edgar Allen Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, and Bram Stoker and their experiences in Providence are probably my favorite! But there is a lot else to appreciate, such as the story of Roger Williams’ final resting place and the morbid historical details of the buildings on the campus of Brown University! All in all, if you enjoy mysterious stories or are looking for a little something different in a city tour, US Ghost Adventures has proven itself to be a great option!
