We never made it to the boat due to the horrible map that was provided for us. We followed what we felt was a path down to the ocean to find absolutely nothing around. Your staff contacted me to see if we were about at launch point and it was no where in site. Very disappointed in the address and map given

Aloha, Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback about your experiences. We're so sorry to read that you weren't able to find our location. We struggle with mapping our location through any of the map websites as the bay where we depart doesn't have a recognizable physical address. We do provide directions to the closest parking lot, and walking directions from the parking lot, but sometimes that isn't enough either. We apologize we weren't able to share a Glass Bottom Boat Cruise with you and though our team attempted to help you find us via phone, we apologize we weren't successful. Mahalo

We absolutely loved this glass bottom boat tour! So fun to be able to see the bottom of the ocean and all the marine life that inhabit it. We saw loads of beautiful coral and so many different kinds of fish. At the end as we were coming back to shore we saw some green sea turtles! So graceful and lovely! The guide was knowledgeable about what we were seeing and we felt very safe on the boat. We also saw a pod of dolphins which was a bonus! So fun to see them swimming and jumping out of the water right beside the boat! A wonderful time!

We had so much fun during glass bottom cruise. The tour guys were very nice and answered our questions. Kids had so much fun. We saw lots of different fishes and reef.
