The van: The information in this says that the maximum capacity for the van is 10 passengers, which was the case. However, there were 11 seats in back. The 4 seats in the last row were kid-sized, not average adult size. It was uncomfortable!
It's also difficult for elderly passengers to get in and out of.
We couldn't hear very well in the back, even asking for the volume to be turned up. The tour guide would answer questions without repeating the question first, so we felt left out of the conversation.
The stops: The stop at Red Rock was nice. The Navajo reservation was also pleasant - the restaurant had good food, and the trading post was a nice place to shop.
We stopped at 3 places in the Grand Canyon, which was also nice! Our tour guide knew how to take great photos of us as well, which was greatly appreciated.
We didn't stop at the Hopi House - not sure why that's listed here.
The other nice thing about this tour was that the stops weren't more than 90 minutes or so apart so it was great for restroom breaks.
Pickup/Dropoff - It took about an hour from the time we got picked up to the last pickup stop (there were 3 total), so it made for a long day (first to get picked up at 6:30am, last to be dropped off around 7:30pm). We were in the Mesa area.

Thank you for your review of the Grand Canyon Tour. So sorry you had trouble hearing our guide. This is very rare, as our speaker systems are excellent. This is a very enjoyable tour and a "must-see" when visiting Arizona.
