The tour/scenery itself was good, although it made for a very long day. Lunch at Cameron Trading Post was yummy, portion sizes were crazy big. Nearly everyone took a doggie bag away with them. The Canyon, as always, was spectacular and never disappoints.
The van driver, well, um....although he was very knowledgeable, could have been more cautious. While hurrying to see the sights is one thing, driving like a maniac is a total 'nother. Too many scary moments and near-miss accidents to get me to say he was awesome. :-
Our Driver John, drove like a crazy man so he could do the trip in 12 hours instead of 13. Then to Sedona beautiful views going into the town .....we stopped for a hot minute were the views were not so grand very disappointed Off to Navajo - If the people are so poor than why don't we stop and help the people on the side of the road selling their homemade things instead of a fancy gift shop? Grand Canyon-
there are no words to describe how beautiful this place is but the guide should not say he will be stopping then not stopping. I just felt like we were cheated from a lot of views that we would of seen had we made more stops. but then again it would of taken longer. but I would have to say only do the Grand Canyon if its for first time and only Sedona because we saw really nothing of Sedona so that was a waste of my hard earned money for the 7 people in our party.
