My husband and I selected this excursion based on other reviews. It was well worth it! Our guide, Keaton, picked us up at our hotel. It snowed all the way up to the Grand Canyon and we were glad we did not have to drive in that kind of weather. He was really great about explaining things on our way up. Once we got to the Grand Canyon, clouds obscured the view for a while. But Keaton had Plan B. He took us to a building that had a display of the Grand Canyon, explaining how the Grand Canyon was formed. Other people that were not in our group joined us because he did such a wonderful job of explaining things. He really knew his information! We visited ruins from Pueblo dwellers from over 800 years ago. For lunch we went to a Navajo trading post, which featured some authentic dishes from the neighborhood including their fry bread. You must try this; and you must try it at this place. It is far superior to other fry breads that we had in other places. A great gift shop is located there as well. We appreciated being able to have authentic dishes instead of fast food. By the afternoon the sun was beginning to peek out and so when it did, Keaton was able to pull over so we would have at least a 10 minute window where we could take pictures and see the grandeur of the Grand Canyon. We were very satisfied with this tour and our tour guide Keaton and would highly recommend it.

So glad you enjoyed the tour, Suzanne. Keaton is wonderful, indeed, and we're looking forward to getting back to Cameron soon!
