We were picked up promptly at our hotel and transported to meet our guide and group. Jackie was our driver and Jerry was our guide. They were both awesome. Jerry made sure we got good use of our time and were back in time for dinner that night. The canyon is indeed awesome and the skywalk is a must. We also stopped at the Hoover Dam briefly ..well worth it.

POOR POOR POOR. DO NOT USE SWEET TOURS. If you could have a minus number this would be perfect for this company. I would give this company minus five. From the moment we got in line to board the coach to the moment we were dropped back to the hotel. The tour operator is extremely poor do NOT use this operator if you want to ENJOY the Grand Canyon. The scheduling, the itinerary and worst of all the tour guide. The tour guide was like a ARMY General ( her name is Sharon ), holding a stop watch at every point. Disregarding the fact that they them self were 20 minutes late at our hotel, arriving at 6:35am when they supposed to be there 6:15am We paid nearly $180 EACH for my wife and I and we are so disappointed that we could not enjoy the majestic essence of the Grand Canyon. From the start they turned up late, then the the tour guide was so abrupt, crude and darn rude. She treated us all like children acting like a teacher at a school scolding people for the smallest of deviances. Don’t put the shade down, don’t put your chair back, don’t do this don’t do that, remember your bus number over and over ! I mean I felt like I was back at school. She moaned and groaned all the way. I paid cash and just cause I paid three dollars of the $264 balance in change she was like omg don’t you have notes calling the driver over saying look they are paying in change, I mean it was three dollars. After this stopping my wife from picking up a FREE water bottle saying show proof of payment whilst I’m giving her the monies and already shown her the deposit slip of $96. Whilst people in the line behind us was picking up the FREE bottles of water. We stopped at Hoover dam, we were there for exactly ten minutes I mean genuinely she had a stop watch on her wrist. Now to unload 57 people off a coach and back on again within that time frame, we should have a few minutes leeway, I mean we are all on holiday we are all tourists. We stopped at a gas station and she then went on to tell us you have ten minutes, we were told we are not allowed to purchase a subway sandwich as they are too slow, don’t look around, don’t purchase souvenirs, now the queue for the ladies was huge my wife was in line and my wife and I just about made it back on the bus (only as we were at the front of the bus so got in line first )within the ten minutes however another family of four was no more than 1 to 2 minutes late and again this was due to the fact that there was a line at the wash room. She then had multiple digs at them for the next hour which I found so RUDE and so unprofessional, I mean these people have paid to take a tour and due to no fault of theirs literally going in the bathroom not purchasing anything at all and did exactly as was told. Yet Sharon started to imply a coach that overtook us on the highway was their fault, I mean if the driver was driving anything like the speed he was whilst driving home that never would have happened. Not that it should have been such a big issue anyhow. Yet Sharon continued to have a go at them saying they delayed us, cause of them you will have to be behind, If they turned up one minute quicker we would have got to the destination first and been first line in front of the other bus etc etc very unprofessional. We got to the reception center and thru no fault of ours the tickets didn’t scan, so of course it would cause some delay. For every stop Sharon was monitoring our times with literally a stop watch, yet when we actually needed her she was MIA we had to resolve the issue OURSELF with security as the tickets wouldn’t scan again, we paid for the sky walk and we literally had a few photos taken by the professional and ran out of the building and when I informed her of this explaining it kindly and politely that we didn’t do the sky walk properly nor see the local houses nor seen the views and had nothing to eat she was like calm down, how RUDE when I was talking so politely and gently just explaining the situation. Then again making a scene talking to the driver saying she is so stressed I mean your the tour guide this is your issue to resolve not the tourist who has paid good hard earned money flying in from the United Kingdom I mean it’s no short journey. The food at the second place was pathetic my wife and I ended up hardly eating and paying for food at the gas station ourself. On the way back this time she allowed 20 minutes to use the toilets how weird on the way back giving us 20 minutes and the way going giving us 10 was ridiculous. I mean we are only going back to the hotel. We would rather have more time at the place we PAID to see. Their brochure says 11+hours yet they bought us back in ten hours at 4:15pm. Just seemed like she was in a hurry to get home and made us all the guinea pigs in the process. It was all about RUSH, RUSH RUSH. All of this review can be proved by date stamped pictures and videos. Overall POOR,POOR,POOR If anyone wants to to enjoy the Grand Canyon as a TOURIST, in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy its majestic beauty. DO NOT USE SWEET TOURS……..
