Did not start off too well. Asked to be at pick up point by 06.30 ( Venetian Hotel) and when the Sweetours bus pulled up ( Bus 25 ) and a very arrogant female driver informed us, in no uncertain circumstances, that we are not with her. Not knowing if any other busses were due to arrive we assumed that this bus was ours. At NO point did this female point out that another bus was due in, just an arrogant attitude towards us and other travelers. After around 10 mins she decided to exit her throne and come off the bus to shout out names which included ours. When asked by other travelers she proceeded to point out that she was just mustering us all by checking names on another sheet. If this had been done when we first asked, instead of the nasty attitude she displayed and advised that another bus was en route, then all would be fine.
The second bus arrived (bus 35) we were greeted by Wally, who came off the bus immediately to welcome all on board. This gentlemen couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful over the whole day. His knowledge of the history of Las Vegas and the surrounding areas made for an extremely interesting and enjoyable trip.
As we arrived at each stop , Wally was first off the bus and offering a helping hand if required to everyone who exited the bus and ensuring that we all knew where to go especially at the two busy Grand Canyon stops.
An excellent ambassador for Sweetours, who more than made up for the disappointing first contact we had with Sweetours.
