La rive ouest du Grand Canyon a beaucoup à offrir et cette visite vous permet de tout voir ! En route vers le Grand Canyon, faites un bref arrêt pour une séance photo du barrage Hoover depuis le pont de contournement. Une fois au canyon, vous aurez 3 heures pour admirer de magnifiques vues depuis Eagle Point et Guano Point. Bravez la passerelle en verre qui s'étend sur 700 pieds au-dessus du sol du Canyon et à près de 4 000 pieds au-dessus du sol (disponible à l'achat). Cette visite comprend à la fois un petit-déjeuner continental léger et un déjeuner en option, ainsi que la prise en charge et le retour à l'hôtel dans la plupart des hôtels locaux.

Passerelle du Grand Canyon
Votre premier arrêt sera Eagle Point. Ici, vous pouvez sortir sur la passerelle en verre, une terrasse en verre en forme de U qui s'étend sur 70 pieds au-delà du bord du Canyon, vous offrant une vue complète de la chute de 4 000 pieds jusqu'au fleuve Colorado en contrebas. Les vues d'ici sont tout simplement spectaculaires et assurez-vous de repérer l'aigle dans le rocher en face. Toujours à Eagle Point se trouve un village amérindien qui affiche de nombreuses maisons tribales et dépeint le mode de vie des indigènes locaux et vous pouvez assister à des activités culturelles telles que des spectacles de danses indiennes dans l'amphithéâtre. Il s'agit d'une mise à niveau facultative que vous pouvez sélectionner lors du paiement.

De là, vous pouvez vous diriger vers Guano Point avec des vues encore plus spectaculaires sur le fleuve Colorado. Vous pouvez parcourir le sentier ici qui mène au point culminant où la vue panoramique offre une vue majestueuse sur le fleuve Colorado ou simplement vous détendre et profiter du calme du Grand Canyon West tout en savourant un repas chaud avec une vue imprenable !

We booked via our hotel and everything was smooth, the company sends you an sms and a photo beforehand with the exact pick up location (most strip hotels and the fremont experience were catered to), the bus was punctual. Our tour guide SHARON and the driver KEN were great hosts, the amount of information not only on the canyon and hoover dam but also tips about Las Vegas and surrounding towns, as well as hikes helped us plan the rest of our trip and made it worth the extra money spent when compared to other companies (you probably get what you pay for). Also Ken drove us back in a 65 mph sandstorm safely and punctually! We would have loved to do the South Rim tour, which unfortunately wasn‘t available during our stay. The Grand Canyon West views are a little less iconic than the South counterpart. It is more „commercial“ when compared to the NPS managed South rim and you only have three hours on location (which we really did have). During the off-season the shuttle buses seem to drive less frequently and we waited for 20 minutes twice. Guano point was much more scenic and impressive. We decided not to take the skywalk (you can‘t take your camera onto the skywalk itself anyway) and left earlier for guano point, we managed everything in that time but with the wait time for the bus it was a tight schedule, free roaming wouldn‘t have been possible and when compared to NPS didn‘t feel as „right“ - it was more being driven from point to point. Meals (small breakfast and lunch at one of the restaurants in the park) and ample water were included as promised as well as two more short bathroom breaks with possibilities for buying food and coffee. We loved driving over the hoover dam, even if the stop was only for a photo-op! thanks to Sharon we got a lot of the infos on the bus.

Sweetours were punctual and very professional. We were given a continental breakfast which was fulfilling. The bus seating was so comfortable and relaxing. Mr. Charles is an excellent bus driver. He and Mr. Paul M.(our tour guide) are extremely courteous and professional! Mr. Paul is a wealth of knowledge. We were given the history of Las Vegas, the many hotels, eatery’s, Old Vegas, (Fremont Street Experience), the water system, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyons and so much more!!! He is the best!!! Even after our continental, we stopped at a deli store to purchase food, if we chose to do so, and for a restroom break. Mr. Paul and Mr. Charles were very accommodating. The Grand Canyons are breathtaking!!! Indescribable, one would have to see the canyons in order to experience the awesomeness of creation!!! The cheese burger in the Grand Canyon’s restaurant was mouthwatering delicious, the beer battered fries were crispy hot and fresh! The service was impeccable! I would highly recommend Sweetours, for your tour of the Grand Canyons and Hoover Dam!
