Tour only lasted 1 HR 40 m. Tour guide was very repetitive and was reading facts from the internet (phone). No opportunity to stop for photos.tour didn't cover anything uptown.

I cannot rate this tour highly enough. Our tour guide Chris from Germany shared his love for his adopted city with us, with a great sense of humour. As we were stuck in traffic, he kept pointing things out, telling us of things we might want to visit the next day. He told us about the different neighbourhoods and their histories and gave us an insight into how immigrants slowly migrated through parts of the city as their fortunes improved. We asked him lots of questions and he answered all with enthusiasm, certainty and authority. The guide really does make the tour and this man is a real gem.

We arrived at the pick up point for the evening tour 20 minutes before departure time (6pm), along with about 10 other people booked for the tour. We waited until about 6:30 pm and no one turned up to do the tour. No one was notified that the tour was cancelled and we have not been refunded the cost. Poor service.
