What a wonderful experience! We had Jack F as our guide. He grew up in this area and was a wealth of knowledge! He was a great driver and took it at our families pace. We started at a lake in a cave, then went to the Great Chamber, we made an extra stop once he knew my kids liked to scramble and they were able to explore, then went to Peekaboo Canyon. The one thing to note, is going up to Great Chamber does require a steep uphill incline on sand. So those physically unable to do this may want to skip out on the tour but the guide will take it at your pace. So, if you are determined to go, just ask to take it slowly. They are gracious and the tour allows extra time for each group to go at their own pace. I had teenagers…….so I was the weakest link despite being pretty physically fit☺️. I love slot canyons so Peekaboo didn’t disappoint. A fun excursion! Highly recommend

I rate our trips to the slot canyon and the great chamber as excellent. The great chamber was an unexpected adventure. I have never seen anything like it and would consider it a destination. The patterns on the sandstone are spectacular. I previously went to antelope canyon. Our trip through peekaboo was comparable in a lot of ways. I particularly enjoyed the fact that we were not herded through the canyon like a bunch of cattle. Our guide let us stroll through and we were able to take pictures without a bunch of strangers cluttering the shots. We did have one hiccup. The jeep broke down and the driver had to call for help. After a short wait the boss came out and had it fixed in no time. They compensated us for lost time, which I appreciated.

I had a great time with East Zion Experiences. The guide Anthony was personable, knowlegable and considerate. It was a small group outing and the sights we visted are awesome. But what made it such a great time was the way that Anthony involved each person, taking time to answer questions, helped over rough places, and looked for opportunities to enjoy the time. Please go take any tour that East Zion Experiences offer!
