TLDR: Not a good way to experience the city. If you want anything more than a goofy experience, spend money elsewhere. Even then, the experience isn’t great
- The scavenger hunt items were all generic and boring (fire hydrant, stop sign, etc.), nothing unique to the city. Each find also comes with a challenge that has nothing to do with the found items except that it needs to be in the background
- There is a leaderboard of people competing and there’s supposed to be a moderator making sure that submissions are accurate. Instead, you instantly get points for any submission. You could presumably win the game from your couch
- I ordered the ticket from trip advisor and the directions I got with the ticket said I would receive more detailed instructions via text before my game time. Didn’t get the text, called costumer service line that came with my ticket and was told the line was busy for a half an hour. My girlfriend found a different number which actually got me through to a representative and was told that I was supposed to redeem my ticket on another site. Almost an hour after my game time started I was able to actually start.

Thank you for your feedback, yes, our game is simply a game that is nationwide. Our nationwide game has players playing from coast to coast, all seeking the same items (our game is not specific to any city). We apologize for your misunderstanding about the game. The experience you had isn't our normal experience, and would love to have you back so you could attempt at "beating" the game.
