I was on a girls' trip with my mom (a senior citizen), and my teenage daughter. My mom wanted to see Central Park, but due to some mobility issues, couldn't walk it. I found Vitali here on TripAdvisor, and we scheduled a one-hour tour. He met us on 5th Avenue, and started cracking jokes the second we got into his pedicab. He was so friendly and fun, but we were most impressed with his knowledge of the area. He would show us a photo album at each stop, and tell us the history of the area. He would even let us get out at certain areas & walk around a bit, and even offered to be the photographer (which was great - this is the only time we were able to get pictures with the three of us!). Vitali's tour was some of the best money we spent on our trip, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

This was a great way to really get a feel for Central Park. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Vitaliy who we found to be knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned much about the history of the park and discovered parts we didn't even know existed. It was very interesting to see how the park changes from a very crowded touristy area to the quieter residential area. He not only gives you an oral history but also had photos from earlier time periods to help put things in perspective. There are stops along the tour to better explore some of the areas and views. Vitaliy accompanies you on these stops, continuing to serve as your personal tour guide. Being in a pedicab also gives you access to more areas. Would definitely recommend this tour with Vitaliy.

I spent three hours on a pedicab tour of Central Park with Vitaliy. Vitaliy is a great tour guide who has an in-depth understanding of the park, its history and its attractions. Informative, helpful and funny, he also knows all of the best photo opportunities. This tour is an excellent way to see Central Park and is highly recommended.
