We can rate the tour because it never happened! On the first trial they called us half an hour before meeting time to cancel due to weather conditions. We reschedule for the next day and I decided to call ahead to double check and it’s canceled again, same reason. I just wish they can planned earlier!

We truly apologize and hope you know, as promised on our phone call you’ll receive a full refund. Unfortunately there are certain things that are completely out of our control and weather is one of them. Please keep in mind Tampa weather is extremely finicky and can be pouring on one block and shining brightly on the next…. Our guests safety is our number one priority so we do our best to let guests know about the jeopardy of weather as much in advance as possible. Our records show that you were contacted on four different occasions to let you know weather might be an issue and you had the choice to either cancel for a full reduced or wait it out and stand by for a game time decision. Our records show that you wanted to wait it out but it ended up with severe lightning and that’s something we just can’t do for the safety of our guests and staff. I’m so very sorry you are unhappy with us but weather is just out of our hands and we do our absolute best to handle it as it comes. Great tour, learned a lot about the city of Tampa and the different neighborhoods. Have lots of new restaurants and areas to explore now. We ate from Sarasota and never knew all the great parts of Tampa. Our guide did a great job answering our questions.

We went on the 5:30 tour and it was great. We had our 17 & 15 year olds with us. You really get to see a lot of points of interest. We were able to get off for 10-15 minutes a few times and take pictures, get an ice cream or even a drink if you want. It’s an amazing way to see all that downtown has to offer. Our guide pointed out things that would be family friendly as well. Would highly recommend it. There was another cart with all adults and they were having a great time.
