We were in Tampa for the day with our friends visiting from Frankfurt Germany. My husband and I love Tampa and wanted to show our German friends as much of the city as possible. This Tampa Tour was so much fun! The transportation was comfortable, the guide (Clint) was very knowable, had great energy, and made the tour! We got to ser so many neat areas and learned a lot. Recommendations for places to visit and grab a bite were made, which we fully intend to follow up on! Next time we have any friends or family visiting, we will definitely take them on this tour! Tampa is such a beautiful city, and it was so evident how much the tour guide loves the area♡

It was supposed to be a 2 hour tour. From start to finish it was 1 hour 25 minutes. That includes 2 stops of 12-15 minutes each to use bathrooms and wander! Despicable! We learned NOTHING that we hadn't read previously and went around a perimeter of the city. In truth, the distance can be walked leisurely. A far, far, far better option, and a much more authentic feel, are the FREE trolley cars that stop in 8 places in the city. You can get on and off wherever and whenever, you want to. In addition, we were a total of 6 guests and the tour guide. One couple had to sit in the last seat facing backwards and had a small roof over them, that did not fully cover their heads. The city is beautiful and very clean. Enjoy it in multiple other ways than on a bumpy golf cart with a tour guide that shares nothing new.

Wow…. We are extremely disappointed to have read your review and wish you would have expressed your disappointment so we could have done something to make up for it. In our defense, our tour is 1.5-2 hours and is approximately 12 miles long. The time of our tour somewhat depends on the length that guests take on the stops but we do try to return guests between 1.5-2 hours to ensure we don’t mess up any plans they might have. Believe it or not, many people actually prefer the back seats and up til now, we’ve never had a single complaint. Lastly, I’m very sorry that you did not find the information to your liking as we’re consistently told that our tour is by far the most informative many guests have ever taken, anywhere. Again, this is extremely surprising as we were not made aware of even the slightest dissatisfaction from anyone at all. We take our guests satisfaction very serious and wish even the slightest suggestion would have been brought to our attention as we know we are not perfect and constantly strive for improvement. In the past we have had a competitor attempt to write negative reviews and can only hope this is not another attempt. Either way, I am extremely saddened to read of such a negative experience and truly do apologize if you were a legitimate guest and will take all of your suggestions into consideration no matter who the writer. Truly wish you all the best.

Our tour guide Rochelle was excellent! Highly recommend this tour! We would not have been able to see everything this great city has to offer on our own. And since we did the evening tour the Christmas lights were beautiful
