We had one day in Richmond and decided to do a 2 hour walking tour as part of that day. We learned a great deal about the city’s history, architecture and people from our guide who is a retired history professor. The tour really enhanced our experience of this city. Well worth the time.

We really enjoyed our Church Hill tour! I really enjoyed that we started our tour at St. John's Church and discussed the history there. Ray was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and fun. Ray really knows the history and the people of the area. I greatly recommend this tour!

My girlfriend and I decided to visit Richmond for our 5 year anniversary, knowing "Virginia is for lovers" but not much else about the city we decided to look online for a comprehensive city tour. Reading reviews we saw really great things about the tour guys, and they did not disappoint! We found out that we were able to get the last tour of the holiday season, and Ray was so accommodating! Ray was very friendly and engaging, and provided so many entertaining, colorful, and funny descriptions and stories that ranged across the centuries of the city's rich cultural history. Ray was extremely knowledgeable and in addition to all of that, he was also very helpful in terms of providing many fantastic recommendations for parking, dining, drinks and entertainment! We left the tour having learned so much about Richmond's history and culture both past and present, and had such a fun time doing so! We recommend this as an essential, wouldn't miss tour of Richmond, and my girlfriend and I can't wait to visit the city again! Thanks so much Ray and Richmond Tour Guys, hope to see you again very soon! 😄 -Ryan
