First, our driver/guide Steve was the best. He fully explained everything about the various buildings and offered other interesting facts along the way. At first we felt 3 hours was a bit long, but Steve made the tour VERY interesting and at the end, we still wanted more. Secondly, the “golf cart” made for a most enjoyable mode of transportation. The only negative point, was the fact that 98%!of the tour was on the north side of the river and we only got to see the old tree on the other side of the river. Perhaps more time should be devoted to that side. Thanks again Steve for making our trip to Jacksonville even more enjoyable.

Thanks Greg for booking our downtown city tour with us. We loved that you had a wonderful time seeing our downtown with its amazing business architectural and history details. The treaty oak is amazing landmark & that section is still considered part of our defined downtown area. Should you decide to come back, be sure to take the Jacksonville Residential Architecture & History tour. This would provide you information on the historical areas of Riverside Avondale. And this focuses on the residential architectural achievements and preservations in those communities. Steve loved having you and your family on the tour with him. We've provided him a copy of your review too. Made his day for sure! Again, thank you again for choosing to take our Downtown City tour with us. We truly appreciate it! Steph Dale Chief Tuk'n Officer

My husband and I had a great time on this tour. The golf-cart like vehicle was comfortable and handled the streets vey well. The tour guide who skillfully drove the vehicle using a mike system that transmitted her voice to the ear buds we were given was extremely knowledgeable about the various architectural designs of the buildings in Downtown Jacksonville. The mike system was very effective. The tour guide was also attentive to our personal needs. We enjoyed the stop at the huge candy shop. We highly recommend this tour to those folks who want to know the history of Jacksonville, Fl.

Thanks Gary for taking our Downtown City tour. We loved having you on this tour and showing off our business architecture, memorials and so much more. We are so glad you enjoyed our somewhat new professional audio tour system. We are finding everyone is loving having these on their tours. And we are so glad you loved Sweet Pete's. It is such a fun little stop. They have now added on a restaurant, bar and full ice cream shop on the first floor too. Again, thank you so much for choosing to take your tour with us. We truly appreciate your support! Steph Dale Chief Tuk'n Officer

Toni, our guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable about sports venues, all military and police memorials and the vast number of buildings both as to relevant dates, architects and architectural styles. She was quite personable, considerate and enthusiastic.
