Toilets don’t work. Everyone sick throwing up. Rough ride. Those who did catch fish only caught a couple. Have been on many better trips. The harbor market place is nice.

Everything about this trip was so much fun! Capt. Wayne Conn and his crew were great! Helpful, friendly, funny, and they tried really hard to give us an amazing experience, even in the adversity of strong winds and currents. Plus, Capt Wayne also was really knowledgeable about the area, types of fish, and all things fishing and diving, giving a bit of a tour about the area while traveling to our fishing site. This was such a fun experience!! Highly recommended!!

Before I begin I want to make it clear that I am not reviewing the actual fishing trip as I was not able to do so. The customer service I received was absolutely terrible when trying to book at trip. I called and was told that there wasn't enough people currently booked for the trip to go (completely understandable). I was told to call back around 1830 to see if the trip was going to go. I called back at that time and was met with an attitude. I asked if there was another day that would work better and was responded with "oh my God, I guess I will have to look then, you know I'm already at home right?" I understand not wanting to do work at home, but when you specifically tell someone to call back at a certain time, you shouldn't be given such an attitude when you do. I understand that right now the tourism industry is not doing well, but I giving prospective clients an attitude before they even show up isn't making things any better. I would love to go on the trip, but I guess I will spend even more money on another company just to have a better experience.
