This trip was fun and challenging. I definitely would recommend it for experienced hikers due to the uneven paths and rivers we crossed.. Should be physically fit to enjoy this adventure.

This was a fun excursion. We are 2 seniors ( almost 70), and we did pretty good on this trip . The kayaking was at a moderate pace up a scenic river . The were some challenging spots on the hike: Crossing the streams ( maybe 12” of water, but it was clear so you could see where you were stepping) , stepping over rocks and lots of tree roots, mud, but everyone took their time . Our guide Zach stopped frequently to make sure everyone was caught up , and he could talk about the local flora. The waterfall was stunning . Some people took a dip there. Lunch was delicious: turkey sandwich, chips, fresh pineapple. We were provided with dry backpacks and lots of water . Zach gave each of us a hiking stick that helped crossing the streams . We both wore aqua socks that worked out fine . Thanks Zach for an excellent adventure! So glad we did it !!
