Just no good. Not understanding, not friendly. They just want the money. Reason being I had a gout flare up. Tried to reason with them but they don’t listen

We were unable to reschedule you due to we are completely sold out till the end of July. Katie was a tremendous guide and so helpful. We struggled a bit with the kayaking portion, but she was always making sure we were okay. The hike was beautiful!
