Stunning beach views of cali’s coastline. Guide really shows the best stops within 2-3 hours, but I recommend spending the whole day doing this tour.

The tour downloaded easily to my iPhone and we started it at the starting point. As we drove down CA-1, we lost connectivity. The app couldn’t guide us to the stops. We tried using the app’s get directions and manually navigating. I still don’t know if the app was running in offline mode or not. There are NO signs on most of the stops so there was no way to know if we were at the correct location for the audio. Most of the stops involve just pulling off CA-1 somewhere. We missed at least 75% of the stops. At stop #10, there was a gate blocking us from getting to the stop. There is a sign instructing the traveler to call a number. It is an automated number with confusing options. I didn’t even know if they would open it as part of our tour. We never got in to see the lighthouse. We have used these tours before and really liked self-driving tours. I just wouldn’t recommend this one.
