You will be picked-up from your place of lodging anywhere in Jackson or Teton Village for your fishing trip and we will head straight to the river! The Snake River is a relatively high volume, very braided river and the native Snake River fine-spotted cutthroat trout is the name of the game. Your guide will provide all equipment necessary for the day - rods, reels, flies, leader, lures, etc. All of these half day trips are offered in a float fishing format, two anglers and guide per drift-boat. There is an option of adding a third angler for an additional charge. Your guide will generally start the day with an on-river casting and or skills review session if needed, then it's off and fishing. Anglers will fish as the boat drifts under direction of your guide. Had a fantastic fishing trip to Lewis Lake. Scheduled a float trip on the Snake but the river was high. Our guide kindly offered an alternative for the lake. We were treated with many fish, lakeside lunch and overall memorable adventure. Thanks Joe!

Just returned from a 10 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, this trip started off fantastic with a 1/2 day (6hr) Snake River fishing trip booked thru TETON Scenic Floats and Fly Fishing just south of the GT National Park. This 13 mile trip was amazing and it far exceeded our expectations! TSF were great from start to finish and did whatever they could to make our trip a lifetime memory. Thanks to them and our captain "Taylor" for accommodating my request to use Spinning rod vs Fly, which most other companies did not want to entertain. My wife is a novice and Taylor helped her throughout without making her feel uncomfortable and she caught some beautiful fish. We caught well over 20 fish thanks to Taylor and his vast experience on the river and Tetons! Class act great job guys, thanks! This was also posted on Google. Ed and Karen Salisbury

We had a wonderful day on the water with our guide Kyle. It was his last day of the season so he wanted us to have a great trip and he delivered. Very good lunch provided. Wonderful scenery and a quiet day.
