Upper Antelope Canyon
Our second portion of the tour will be at the Upper Antelope Canyon. Upper Antelope Canyon is an easy hike for guest. Transport to the entrance of the Canyon is located 4 miles from the main highway. From the drop off point at the entrance will be a 1-mile hike roundtrip (1609 meters). Upon exiting the Canyon, you will hike on an incline up and around the top of the Canyon and descend 150 steps staircase back to the vehicle drop-off point. You will do a 1-hour tour and will see the difference in the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons.

Big Lake Trading Post
After the Lower Antelope Canyon we will stop at a picnic area where you may use the restroom. Additional food and drinks may be purchased at this location.

Lower Antelope Canyon
Our first stop is the Lower Antelope Canyon. – Lower Antelope Canyon is a MODERATE tour for guest. You will hike 1.1 miles from start to finish (1770.27 meters). Upon entering the Canyon, you will descend 74 steps to the bottom of the Canyon. once at the bottom you will hike at a gradual incline towards the exit along with ladders and small stairs into each chamber of the Canyon. This was a spectacular tour of both canyons, and we especially enjoyed Tilford's tour of the lower canyon. He was super nice and a whiz with an iPhone, offering to take numerous pics of groups and special places throughout. I learned several new camera tricks from him. My husband is a professional photographer and Tilford made sure to give him wide access to get shots without photo-bombers in them. Rob, the guide in the upper canyon, was good also. This is an expensive tour but you''ll come away with some of the most vivid memories of the Southwest ever, so I'd say it's worth every penny.

I highly recommend Dineh tours. Tilford is an amazing tour guide. He’s so knowledgeable and kind and helpful. He helped us take pictures. He is the best tour guide we ever had. We will use Dineh tours next time we visit.

Dineh Tours was excellent! Tilford was a fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable, kind, fun, and he helped us take some amazing photos! Dineh provided comfortable and safe transportation. We will definitely use them again when we come back to the area!
