Our second portion of the tour will be at the Upper Antelope Canyon. Upper Antelope Canyon is an easy hike for guest. Transport to the entrance of the Canyon is located 4 miles from the main highway. From the drop off point at the entrance will be a 1-mile hike roundtrip (1609 meters). Upon exiting the Canyon, you will hike on an incline up and around the top of the Canyon and descend 150 steps staircase back to the vehicle drop-off point. You will do a 1-hour tour and will see the difference in the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyons.

Poste de traite de Big Lake

Canyon de l'antilope
Notre deuxième partie de la visite se fera au Upper Antelope Canyon. Upper Antelope Canyon est une randonnée facile pour les clients. Le transport à l'entrée du Canyon est situé à 4 miles de l'autoroute principale. Du point de chute à l'entrée, il y aura une randonnée aller-retour de 1 mile (1609 mètres). À la sortie du canyon, vous marcherez sur une pente vers le haut et autour du sommet du canyon et descendrez un escalier de 150 marches pour revenir au point de dépôt du véhicule. This tour was amazing!!! Nolan was an amazing tour guide for the lower canyon. He was very informative and took the best pictures for my friends and I!

BEWARE of the scam I reserved this tour for the upper and lower antelope canyon tour for September 16th 2022 with Dineh tours. The evening prior we received a call that the lower canyon was flooded and we would only be able to tour the upper canyon. We were told that we would be receiving a 38% refund for the lower canyon portion. We have still not received the refund. Viator is insisting we completed both portions of the tour while I have a voicemail message from the office manager stating it was in fact cancelled and the refund was being issues back through Viator. Someone has my money .....don't trust Viator worse customer service ever !!!

Ahéheé (Thank You) danielb…, we would like to thank you for your honest feedback. All feedback is good feedback, we are always happy to hear how to better improve our tours and guest experience. We do understand your frustration and disappointment as you were notified tours for the Lower Antelope Canyon would be cancelled due to weather. This did disrupt all reservations as well as our tour schedule, but we were able to keep our tours for Upper Antelope Canyon on time. Depending on which tour operator cancels, we will refund the cost of that tour portion only. Lower Antelope refund is 38% of booking, and Upper Antelope will be issued 62% of the booking. As tour times for Upper Antelope are harder to acquire and to book in advance, to which tickets are also non-refundable to all visitors and operators. If you booked directly with us at www.dinehtours.com, we would have been able to avoid this mess and your refund would have been issued immediately. But you booked through Viator/TripAdvisor which is a third-party ticket reseller. We do try to give all our guest a memorable experience while on vacation. Again, we do apologize for the delay of the tours and for the weather and we do understand your frustration and dissatisfaction.
