There was a ton of info, but much of it was repetitive for anyone who had seen the musical and liked it enough to do a walking tour. Three hours is a long time for a tour with no bathroom, water, or food stops, so I’d recommend cutting the “known details” and focusing on the unique content and location details. The guide had tons of interesting things to share that I hadn’t heard elsewhere, so I’m glad we did the tour (on a day that had good weather). But, it would be so much better at two hours with just the unique content. The earpieces could also use an upgrade. Whenever we were walking and listening, the guide’s audio would cut out. That wasn’t a showstopper, but was an extra annoyance.

Thank you for the useful feedback. I appreciate your honest positive and negative feedback. I am always looking for ways to improve the experience. I have ordered a new set of radios that I hope will cure the technical glitches. I will take a hard long (no pun intended) look at the amount of content. Again thanks for sharing your thoughts with us.
UPDATE - I have purchased new state-of-the art radios that have eliminated the radio technical problems. This review was a catalyst to the purchase.
