These people are all about the $ and don’t care about you. Rideshare on Destin is bad—it can take 1hr to do a 15min ride. I was going to be late and they weren’t going to wait. I asked to be moved to a later day and it was a flat no. They didn’t offer any refund, discount, or alternate days. When I asked about any options, the owner said she has small margins and couldn’t afford it or else she couldn’t put her daughter in ballet. However she also said she was sold out for the next 2 months. Which is it? I highly recommend skipping this company.

Do you know how many people we able to make their cruise that same night? Everyone but these folks. Did the other customers have the same traffic/rideshare issues? Yes, but they planned accordingly. There is a reason we say arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. We run a schedule like every other travel business that does not allow us to hold boats for tardy people. Should we inconvenience everyone else who paid and are sitting on the boat to accommodate you? No. You agreed to the terms of our reservation when you bought the ticket, we provided the service you paid for you just didn't make it to the boat. My advice to other businesses? I highly recommend skipping this customer.
