Our waitress was really nice..the other waiters not so much..She's the only reason why I gave it a 3 star..The food didn't fit its name because I'm from Texas country and the Cowboy Ribeye Sucked. It had no flavor whatsoever nor did they give me a proper steak knife to cut it! They gave me what looked like a pairing knife wth?!! I had to ask for some bbq sauce just to eat it. The broccoli was not steamed properly and came as a big stalk! It was very dry.Everyone else enjoyed their meals. I did not. $35 on a lousy steak...I felt ripped off. Probably the worst steak I have ever had. I guess back home you got a chef salad, steak, shrimp, 2 sides, rolls, dessert, and maybe see a movie all for that price..I get I'm in a different city but don't call it something it's not! Luckily this is on Bourbon street and had all the hustle and bustle we wanted to see. The souvenir shop had quite a collection just really pricey for tiny little trinkets! I really wished it had been a better experience.

like all the Hard rock cafe, when we were in new Orlean in Louisianna we took our dinner there, it was calm sithh only 4-5 client inside with us.. the waitriss was very gentle. but the service so much slow, we take the burger special of Louisianna, the local burger and we wait for 35 minutes before having it. i put complaing on the manager, and it was look like the waitress forgot our burger but not our beer !!!. so the manager give us a 50% rebate for the lunch in excuse.... after this litte mistake from there part every things was fine and the burger was grate and spicy.... like the old louisianna way...

We wanted to walk down Bourbon St. once we got into town. We were able to walk directly into restaurant and get a table for 5! We sat next to the windows that faced Bourbon St. and we people watched for the whole meal! It was noisy but you're in NOLA! We would go back, it was quality food with nice portion sizes and friendly staff.
