It was a lot of fun. Stories I had not heard before. The presenter was engaging and let us sit during long stories. Felt safe with our presenter even late at night. Well priced.

This review is not about the actual tour. It is regarding customer service. Due to flight issues, by the time I made it to D.C, I was exhausted. I called ScaryDC in the late morning before the 7pm tour. A man gave me another number to call. I called and no one answered so I left a voicemail with my contact info. A few hours later, I still hadn't heard back so I called again and left another voicemail. I also sent an email. I had no response. So I have been charged for the tour despite my attempts to reschedule.

It was terrible. Poured rain. Couldn’t enjoy. Left 15 minutes into tour. Couldn’t understand tour guide. Just not a good night to be outside.
