Gettysburg
Your guide will orient you to the area of East Cemetery Hill which is the location of heavy fighting during the Battle of Gettysburg before you enter the National Soldiers Orphanage Homestead. This building was used as the headquarters for General O.O. Howard during the battle and was also use as a hospital during and after the battle. After the end of the Civil War the building was turned into an orphanage for children whose fathers were lost during the American Civil War. That is where our story begins...

I’m a discerning visitor to Gettysburg who has been coming to town for over 30 years. I’ve done several ghost tours with various companies and this experience was the best! Maria was our guide and there is none better. She was knowledgeable, engaging, entertaining, and skillfully blended historical content with folklore. First person interpretation is not easy to master, but Maria made it look easy. Our encounter with Bella at the Orphanage is one not to be forgotten! Ken G.

Our tour guide, Eric, did his best to keep the group of 20+ guests engaged. Pretty good tour and great knowledge on the subject. Wish it was a little longer, but still a great trip. The basement portion is one where EVP equipment would be very interesting.
