My friends and I live in Memphis, but did the haunted pub crawl just for fun. The tour guide was super cool and knowledgeable, and the places we visited were neat. Would recommend if you’re looking for something to do on a Friday night in downtown Memphis.

Matt had some good historic info that he shared. Unfortunately the first place we stopped, the music was so loud that it was hard to hear him. Also had a couple ‘locals’ on the tour and they were constantly talking and interrupting. It almost seemed like they were ‘props for the show’. He didn’t have control of the group. I believe it would have been more enjoyable without these two.

Thank you for the comments. We assure you they were not props for the show. Sometimes guests can be somewhat disruptive and unruly. We apologize for the distraction.

This is a great way to visit different bars. The first bar in Central Station was great but it was very hard to the ghost stories being shared over the music. I recommend the tour but don’t expect a lot of hidden ghost stories while visiting the bars if you have a large group. There were 13 in our group. Still a fun experience!
