  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Our Haunted Guided Tour are smaller than our competitors. Plus you actually enter mutliple locations on our tours! As such we require at least 8 people/ghost hunter in our to run. If for some reason it looks like the tour will not go (this is rare but does occasionally happen), we will personally call you with a tour update 2-3 hours before your tour is set to go. If your tour does not go, again very rare, we will refund you or move you to another date. Feel free to call or email us with any questions or if you just want an update on how many have signed up so far. If we don't pick up immediately we will get back to you shortly.
  • We meet you at the south corner of Conde Street & San Diego Ave, 2425 San Diego Ave, San Diego, CA 92110. 15 minutes before tour time please.
  • Please make sure to use the bathroom before your tour. You will be going to historic locations which have no bathroom access, and your party definitely should use the bathroom before joining us. Bathrooms can be found in the neighboring restaurants and businesses. There is a public restroom at the back of Cafe Coyote a block away. Just walk to the very back of their plaza.
  • If you are driving, please show up early to get parking.
  • Service animals are allowed provided they are small, can be carried in their crate and do not disturb the other attendees. If you have a larger animal like a German Sheppard you would need to purchase an additional seat,potentially crate the animal and will not be able to enter some of the locations as there are antique and very valuable, fragile historic artifacts in them.
  • Due to our bus size and the older nature of our locations we are not wheel chair accessible. If you have a member with ambulatory challenges, please call us to go over it.
  • Children under 10 are not recommended. If you have a child under 10, please call us to make sure this is a good fit.

Mais ne vous y trompez pas, si vous lisez nos critiques, cet endroit est l'un des meilleurs pour beaucoup de gens, notre présentation y est très bien accueillie et de plus, de nombreuses choses étranges ont été capturées par notre objectif invité. Vous verrez cet endroit, qui est hanté par 2 personnes qui y vivaient autrefois. Curieusement, disent-ils, c'est la première personne à habiter la maison et la dernière à habiter la Villa Montezuma. Our tour guide was very engaging and funny. I was impressed with all the knowledge and facts she knew about the places. I just wish we could have gone into more sights, even though just standing outside them was kinda creepy in itself. It was a perfect October night for someone who likes to be a little creeped out but not completely terrified. I would definitely recommend it to those who like a cool, entertaining history lesson on the darker parts of San Diego .

My teen son and I went on this tour. It was our first experience of a ghost tour so I had nothing to compare it to. Our guide Dante was awesome, he was very theatrical and a great story teller. The bus arrived late due to traffic but they apologized and he made a point of making everyone feel welcome. I was disappointed that we looked from the pavement at most locations while he told us about them, I would've liked a bit spookier and more access. The house we did have access to was great - felt special having a key to get in after hours and look around. Plenty of photo opportunities. Although when the tour finished I felt disappointed at not having felt any scary moments and would've liked another story or two at the final location - graveyard. However the best time was after the tour when my son and I went back to the hotel and looked at our photos - to my delight we had captured some very cool photos which look like ghosts and orbs. Villa Montezuma was dark, deserted and a gorgeous building. My photo was amazing of what looked like a ghost or more at the window. I'll put it on their face book page. Also a possible ghost in the trees at William Heath Davis house. The more I told my husband about it today the more I realised it was an informative experience, details about the Whaley house etc. Our guide never stopped talking. He certainly did a good job. I felt it was a bit expensive, just due to lack of access to the buildings in general. Otherwise good.

Had a good time on this tour. We learned a lot about some of the history of San Diego. The haunted stories were also interesting. Victoria is a very nice lady and a great story teller. We will consider doing this again on our next visit.
