January 7, bought for 3 people, from 70-80 years old a trip to the waterfall for 112 dollars. On January 8, we were dropped off, elderly people 1.6 miles before the waterfall, and they gave us a pall to hold on and left, warning that we would return at 11 o’clock in the afternoon. At this time, heavy rain began. They showed us the road on the map, but we didn’t have an escort ... We were left to our own devices. We could barely get to a small waterfall, it was very slippery and a lot of mud clay. But we all only wanted to take a look at BIG WATERFALL. But as it turned out, it was closed. We were simply deceived. One woman, 80 years old, was simply lost when she went downstairs, got lost and fell into the mud, all crippled, somersaulting, spinning through the mud down the slope. After 2 hours, she was barely found. . This trip was terrible for us.

Aloha we are really sorry about what happened! But our hike is not a guided and not recommended to adults 65 years and older . Since it’s a Rainforest majority of the time it is raining there. All this information is stated on our website. When you arrived there each customer signed our waiver and is responsible for yourself . You had a group of 5 and the lady was left behind for you, not from our driver. The return for your tour was 11:45 am and the driver waited an extra 15 minutes when the other customers on the van were complaining and asked him to leave. He drove 3 customers back to Waikiki and one of your group members was looking for her. When our diver returned with the other group by 1:30 pm he made one extra return and brought the other tour back to Waikiki ( during his lunch time ). We really think that we made our best to help you, but somethings are out of our control because this is not a guided tour. Upon your request you had your money refunded.
