We are not responsible for the amount of light, darkness, or overcast during the time in which you book. Please plan accordingly.
  • It is a private helicopter tour! You will not be sharing the helicopter with other tour passengers. Every seat is a window seat on this exciting Helicopter Tour!
  • People per ride: The helicopter fits 3 passengers at a time so if you have a party of 4 people or more, we will have to split them in two or more rides.
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
  • Infants up to 2 years old (under 30lb/14kg) must sit on a lap and will fly for free.
  • Weight restrictions: One person CANNOT exceed 300lbs (136kg/21.4st) and the total weight for 3 people is 600lbs (272kg/42.8st). All passengers must be willing to be weighed for safety.
  • Arrival time: passengers must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. If you do not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us.
  • We require all the Adults' passengers IDs.
  • Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: A full refund or reschedule requires at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No refunds will be given after that time period. Although all flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceilings, lightning, or extreme winds), you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • Failure in showing up for your appointment without notice will result in cancellation of your tour without refund.
  • Please note that only the 40-45 min tour includes Fireworks

Loved the experience of the helicopter ride. However, the staff, though nice, we’re all young teens that gave off a very nervous and shaky presentation. The building was also drab and located in a rough part of Kissimmee. All this made for an experience that had my wife and I very nervous to trust in the establishment. Improvements to the curb appeal, office renovations and more rigorous staff training would make this place appear more professional and trustworthy. Still absolutely loved the experience and our pilot Shane was accommodating, kind, and charismatic. 👍🏽

Thank you for your feedback. Let us explain the "teen" scenario. We are a family owned and community engaged business. These teens are on a summer internship that allows kids from our local schools to get a taste of working in an aviation environment. This was their first week on the job so we expected them to be a little shaky. We apologize for not making this known, if so, you and your wife may have not been as nervous. Secondly, we are located at the closest local airport to the theme parks. Its been here since WW2, our building is very very old. We have no choice about the location. Lastly, as a family owned business we do everything we can to keep this place warm and welcoming to our guests. Our building is not new but our helicopters are and we are the only company operating out of a very safe controlled airport. All of our other competitors operate out of roadside locations with many more dangers for the helicopters than the security of the airport. We do appreciate the feedback and hope you will return in the future. We are happy to hear you had a great time in your tour with Shane.
