Our tour was on Christmas Day and it was the best present I have ever opened! Jon is a bottomless wealth of information, facts, and obscure details which made the Badass Broads tour unforgettable. He seamlessly weaves historical milestones into fascinating stories that deepen our understanding of the struggles and injustices of the early slave trade and settlement days of the South. John's passion for this subject and his compassion for those who suffered those times leaves as much of an impression as the facts itself. Don't miss this tour..... it's truly the best in Charleston!!!!

No matter how you look at our history here in the united states, we've always had many events that have been apart of history but would never get the recognition that it needed. With Badass tours of charleston it takes into account the history of some of our greatest females it puts them into the lime light. I had a wonderful time getting to learn the history and also make a friend on the tour. John did an excellent job with guiding us through east bay letting us know abou tthe history these streets had. I would recamend this tour to anyone. Whether you have a family or just want to get to know your city better, this is the place to go.
