Took the dinner cruise today with close college friends. Trip started with a Mai Tai and it was very good. History of the area along the trip was quite enjoyable. Hor d'oeuvres were chips, roasted red pepper hummus, cheese, veggies, crackers, rolls and spinach dip. All very good. Dinner was tossed salad, 3 bean salad, salmon salsa, chips, dips again, rice, pork with cabbage, chicken and beef brisket. Cheesecake for dessert. All was very good. Fun entertainment as well. A singer who played anything you requested. And! a fantastic sunset on the way back.
