I had tickets and went on this tour. First of all the driver did not want to let us on the bus. I had to call the company and they had to tell him to let us on the bus. We were late leaving and then the driver and some of their people trying to sell tickets got in a fight beside the bus. They were selling tickets for $20 which I had to pay over $50 for. Departure time was 7:30 pm. The guide got there at 8:15 pm. He was awful. Constantly swearing and talking about getting his tips. This was not the tour I paid for. We saw no Christmas lights. Whet we saw were the slums of NYC and there was no boat tour of the harbor as advertised. I would like to have my money refunded $110.20. I would also advise you taking this tour company from your list.
