We took this tour anticipating a scenic tour of L.A., Beverly Hills, Hollywood. Though we did get through those cities, the experience was terrible. To begin with, we had a group of 6 which we reserved so we could sit together and when we got to the pick up point the driver divided us up which was one of the reasons we went together so that we could share the experience with each other, not individually. He told us it was first come first serve and yet he was holding 3 other seats for passengers while we were there. Then the driver Jeff, made us pay gratuity up front before the tour started, which is not a good sign. I asked him why he does this and his response was because people have stiffed him at the end of the tour in the past, now I know why. The driver Jeff drove very aggressively and we were getting uneasy as an accident felt close at hand. When we booked the tour, we asked for an afternoon tour to which he persuaded us to take the evening tour, which was also a bad decision, we could not see the homes of the stars because it was too dark. To cap it all off, the driver asked for more gratuities at the end of the tour. Don't waste your time or money with this tour, it would better to drive yourself with a map. The worst site seeing tour I have ever experienced.

Dear Sir: We're sorry you didn't enjoy your visit to Star Track Tours. That night we were sold out -- every seat taken on our vehicle. We saved your party a row of 4 seats but needed to put 2 members elsewhere in the vehicle. Our driver went out of his way to show you the best tour in Hollywood. As you'll recall he even made extra stops for your group to get out and take additional pictures. One of your party was seated in the front seat. When you asked him if he wanted to rejoin the group he said no because it was the best view in the vehicle. The driver repeatedly asked how everyone was doing and the response was phenomenal Amazing night tour!! At the end the driver did make a tip suggestion because other parties were on the van besides yours. You paid a small 10% gratuity in advance because with a large party of 6 that is our standard policy. We pride ourselves on offering the BEST TOUR IN HOLLYWOOD! That night we did offer the best tour -- you were simply unable to get past your initial seating disappointment and you let it ruin your tour. We are terribly sorry you missed out on an experience that your friends will cherish forever.

having been in the travel and tourism industries for 32years I can honestly say this is the worst tour I have ever done. Half an hour late for pick up, An open vehicle with no shade, no water in 92 F heat for 2.5 hrs in full sun was no walk in the park. Usd50 cash per person, we do not take credit cards, to see a lot of hedges and gates with Tom Cruise lives here, David Beckham's place is the one with the blue waterfall... Look there behind you around the corner!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT ACCEPT THE FRONT SEAT!! We were forced there because "the back seat was booked" and with your nose about 12 inches from a flat screen TV you can't see anything. Not even the TV because the sun was so bright. We left the tour at the first drop off point and took a taxi back to the hotel. Both of us with a dose of heat stroke!! Not a good end to our stay in LA.

Great tour. The tour leader was nice, really interesting. Even though the tour is in English, it is very easy to understand. The screen in the bus to highlight the places visited and provide context is a plus for the visit
