It was a good tour of the city and really helped to acquaint ourselves to the layout of the city. The driver, Kiran and the tour guide, Linda did an excellent job. Linda was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. We were able to get some good pictures from the top deck. We are glad we took the tour. The parking at the Basin stop was convenient, reasonable, and accessible.

Spent a hot Sunday on the bus. The drivers and guides were great...and we had several throughout the day. We had no difficulty boarding the bus at various stops throughout the day. Great time. Thank you.

We had a really disappointing visit, so let me do some pros and cons. Pro: the employees are wonderful and the bus was very clean! Although we paid for 3 people for a day we only got a 40 min ride. It wasn’t the tours fault necessarily, but it was disappointing and expensive for the value. The streets in NOLA are tiny so there are lots of places the bus can’t take you. The city closed the French quarter to bus traffic while we were on, stops 1-4, so we missed A LOT of the content. We got off at 5 and found other things to do. They don’t text you or anything when the busses start running again. By the time we caught one at a stop in the quarter in the afternoon it was full and we couldn’t get on. It ended up being a waste of money.
