Boarded at stop 1, Ellis was our driver he was entertaining and knowledgeable, we hopped off at stop 11 to explore, wandered around made our way back to stop 8 waited 35 minutes for a trolley, when it arrive it was full, driver said another would be by in about 15 minutes. We waited another 25 and no trolley. Hopefully this was a rare occasion. As I like to give everyone a chance, may try this trolley in the future, but was disappointed this trip.

They have poor customer service. First the lady in the parking argued with me that I had to park next to a vehicle that was on top of the white line. I did not want to park there because I would m have no room to be able to pen my doors to get my infant out. Next tmi was hung up on when calling to find out if we were at the correct place for stop 14 since it has been 40 minutes since we had arrived there and we had seen 12-13 Old Town Trolleys in that time frame. We only saw one line narration through the entire tour and we rose through twice, once hopping on and off and other straight through. I was really looking forward to the live narrations. It was why we chose this service. Also, the history shared was not as informational as other trolleys we have rode in Savannah. Overall we were not impressed with this service.

Had a Great time! Too bad the trolleys stop so early! 4:30.. kind of put a damper on things for our group. We had to ride back get one of our cars drive back to river st. Then go back later and get the other car. Just a hassle!
