We got on at the initial start of the Hop On Hop Off. We exited on the first stop to see things at that location. From there, our first stop we couldn't get a trolley that wasn't full. They kept saying we had to wait for another trolley. None came that were not full. This was horrible because we had two out of our group that could not walk a lot because of medical issues. One with a bad hip and the other with an ankle issue. The stop had no place to even sit and wait. We finally, got four seats that were not together and went back to our meeting point of the initial start. We got off and picked up our vehicle and did the tour ourselves. So for $144 for 4 people we didn't get anything except one drop off at the 1st stop and picked up from there for a drop off at our vehicle. The people that were in front of me had the same issue and they had multiple people. They said they were also going to get their own vehicle and take the tour their selves. This was horrible. Either put more vehicles on the road or don't take as many reservations. I would like a refund of our money since we got nothing for it!

We are sorry to hear that you had to wait for a trolley. October is one of our busiest months, and being at the first stop makes it difficult to be able to hop back on the trolley. Most people on the trolleys hop off at stop 4 or 6 the first time which makes the trolleys full at the first stop as no one is getting off. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Brenda was our first driver, poorest guide ever!! Could not understand a word she said and besides her pronunciation being poor the bus was loud. We got off at stop four and picked up another driver who was very good. Our third driver was arthur who was also excellent. Don’t get Brenda. The worst ever….. great tour

Learning the history of Savannah. Our tour guide and the 2 individuals that role played did a great job!!
