We arrived at 10am for our tour. We were told we'd have to wait 45 minutes before we could board. We waited and got on a trolley. It left the parking lot around 11am. Dick was a great driver and knowledgeable even though we had a difficult time hearing him. As we went along the route, we picked up some riders and were full. At numerous stops, our driver had to call in because we were full. One stop had over 10 riders. We stayed on until stop 16. We wandered around, ate lunch, enjoyed Leopold's, and made it back to stop 11 by 3pm. We waited. And waited. 5 trolleys came and went and made jokes that we were stranded. They were right. After 3:30, we walked back to the depot. We didn't see a single white trolley during our .8 mile walk. I went in to the office and asked what time they close and she said 4:30 and the last trolley just left. I made it known that we waited for over 30 minutes without a pickup. "I've noted your concern." is what I was told. I mentioned we hadn't seen a single trolley for over an hour. Same response. We picked this tour company because of the longevity and characters. We saw two characters and they were fun, but not worth being stranded for.

Mr. Komedy was absolutely amazing. He is was very informative, hilarious, and personable! We got lucky and got him again on day 2! Good job kind sir!

We had a very nice tour on the trolley. We did the whole route with our first driver. He was kind, knowledgeable and funny! Our second driver was good too. Unfortunately, our last driver was a bit rude. We were pulling into the visitor’s center and he was giving instructions on what to do if you wanted to continue on the trolley. A handful of people were chatting as the driver spoke, including myself and my mom however, no one was being loud. All of the sudden the driver says, “A lot of you are talking while I’m trying to explain what to do and you’re not going to know what to do. It is rude to talk when someone is speaking.” My mom and I felt his comment was extremely rude, but thankfully, up until that point, we had a great trolley experience!
