We got stranded at the 2nd stop for almost 2 hours. Called many many times for help but were stuck with 2 kids in 100 degree heat from 10 am until almost noon. The sights are lovely but this was unacceptable. Never had that happen before.

Very informative and a great way to get a feel of Savannah's historic district. We rode it to the last stop then got off at the river and walked around from there. One thing we did learn was that you do not have to go to the main office to get on. You can board at the Visitor's Center then pay once it stops at the main office. Also, we were not sure at our time of purchase if we were interested in riding the riverboat and decided to add this cruise after our hop-on, hop-off ticket purchase. Victoria was so accommodating and found a way to help us do this. She also booked us on the Ghost tour at a discounted rate. Don't waste your time or money on the ghost tour unless you're into corny ghostly jokes and a bunch of insinuation about ghosts. The best thing about this tour was that it picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel.
