Waste of money. It was horrible . NOT NOT a hop on --hop off tour. You watch a video and drive around town. You are told that you may come back to the stops on your own. It was a white van not the cool truck in picture...brochure was false advertisement and very misleading.....

Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Our website describes the way we operate and that we may use any vehicle to do the tours. For smaller groups we generally use our smaller more efficient and comfortable white bus. We have never lost anyone on our HOHO; our drivers always are on the lookout for passengers and give them their cell phone numbers. Our tickets are good for up to five days; hence, people can come back or use the vendor tickets on their own. I'm sorry you did not understand the website, brochure, and information from the driver.

Enjoyed the tour, very informative. Our driver Terry and the young lady (can’t remember her name) were very accommodating, answered all my questions. Price of tour included voucher for free admission to the museums.

It was fine. The guides were nice. The website shows two pick up options (main office and visitor center) and I guess that is no longer the case. I found out after calling to check on when to be there. I hope they fix that.

Our main origination points are the depot and Visitor Center, but we do pick ups at the many other stops on the tour. Occasionally, we work with groups staying at downtown hotels and pick them up there.
