I bought 4 tickets online and selected the 12:55 pickup at Wyndham Hotel/Point State Park, listed at 600 Commonwealth Dr, the front entrance of the hotel. I never looked at anything else, just knew the time and pickup I selected during purchase. After the bus never showed I called to inquire. I was told the pickup spot was on the other side of the hotel at the "turn around" and I could wait another hour for the next bus. There is a pick up sign in the median of the street hidden by shrubs. I was told a refund was not an option.

Duquesne incline. Watching the city while we rolled by. Lots of info from the guides. Drivers navigated city traffic beautifully.

On a beautiful day, this bus tour of Pittsburgh was very enjoyable and informative. With an entertaining tour guide, John, the 2+ hours went by very quickly. It gave us a comprehensive view of the city and made us want to come back.
