After calling the company to confirm that there would be TWO carriages (as we had 7 people), the second carriage never showed after waiting over 30 minutes. The first carriage was over 30 minutes late and lied about when they would be arriving. We had 2 small children who had to stand around waiting when they could have been playing in central park had the driver been honest about when he would arrive. This company (Top Hat) was totally unreliable. Viator did issue a refund promptly.

This was an incredible way for us to explore Central Park for the first time. We had so much fun! Our driver Mario was prompt to pick us up, super friendly and very knowledgeable about the park. He kept us entertained with interesting stories about landmarks in the park, and movies that have been filmed at Central Park (including “Elf”, a highlight of the trip for our 9-year-old son). Would highly recommend Top Hat and Mario to anyone visiting!! Just amazing!
