This is a Scam… After this Terrible experience they send you a message saying for a certain dollar amount they would send you pictures that the “guide” took during the ride. I took the chance. Never received any pictures that was taken. This is a Scam!!!

Hi Please message us at [email protected] with your reservation name and date and time of your tour. Also check your email for that email address as photos could be in your spam folder or in your inbox. We find a lot of clients just over look them. We are not a scam ;)

The ride was great but the booking process was bad. Signed forms on line twice then again when we arrived booking could be much easier. The people at the ride were great

The location was different from what was described in the activity details. Communication is nonexistent! We went horse riding over a month ago and still haven’t received our photos. The employee wasn’t friendly at all, and when we asked if we could take some pictures with the horses before dismounting, she just ignored us. The horses are beautiful and well-behaved, but it wasn’t worth the $400 (including tips) that the four of us spent. I’m really disappointed.

Hi, can you email us at [email protected]. We send out the photos within 48 hours .. looks like you attended yesterday. usually we realize that clients don’t check their emails and so the pictures will be sitting in their emails, but they don’t realize they are there and when they contact us for their photos we show them that we have already sent them out and they usually apologize For claiming we did not send them. I am hoping this is the same case for you but if you can just send us an email with the name date and time of your tour, we can check on that. I don’t think the Guide intended to ignore you , when we’re handling the horses the guides are concentrating on your safety and the Horses well-being and I hope that she just did not hear you. We hope you enjoyed the beautiful well-behaved horses. Glad you had a safe ride in a beautiful trail head and I’m sorry you didn’t feel like you got your moneys worth
