7 inches of snow at home. Flight delayed 3 hours. Hotel gave our reservation away. For all that comically went wrong traveling from Northern Illinois to Miami, this was the one thing that went flawlessly. They adjusted to our flight delay without a problem. Juan took our luggage, and our family of 6 was very comfortable in their Suburban. It was very enjoyable to talk with him, and needed the 30 minutes of relaxation to deal with the rest of our traveling debacles. I would use them again without hesitation, as the experience was friendly and professional. Thank you!
