Tour staff is friendly enough. Guide’s knowledge could have been better. The worst part was the van. After bus tour of Houston which was good, we were stuck on a van with no a/c to go to Space Center & Galveston. Had great seafood lunch and did a 45 min dolphin watch which was OK, nothing great though.

The excursion is very bad organised...there was not itme to take some photos in galveston because we arrive at 13,30h and at 15h is the dolphin tour... The dolphin tour is a really nonsense....we only see one dolphin close to a big boat stopped on a pier....it is imposible to see some dolphins swiming together...as we expected from the tour...in the middle of the bay full of boats passing through.... But the worse thing of the excursion was the bus...it was a very old bus with no proper air conditioned....during 2 h from houston to galveston....passing to nasa to leave there other people...a horrible trip...

Hello, thank you much for your message, was a great to serve you thru during the Houston City Tour ,after our service you continued to Galveston 50 miles from Houston. Traffic conditions and hot summer weather are sometimes unpredictable ,we did our best and i personally had the chance to talk to you during the tour . Dolphin watch is in a wild life area and part of mother nature .Will be great to have the opportunity to serve you again.

I went with two friends, we had a really great time. Tours were very informative and the tour guides were great! The boat tour was great we saw several dolphins and the captain of the boat was awesome, he kept us laughing hysterically and was a ton of fun. My complaints are pretty important ones, the tour bus and the shuttle bus were extremely old, the air barely worked on the shuttle bus and it was only 80-82 degrees, I can only imagine how uncomfortable it is when the weather is warmer. The facility only has two lavatories and we all had to wait in line and we all had to leave for the next stops all together, so we were rushed to hurry and wait in line to use the restroom. Clearly there needs to be additional restrooms added, the one I was in the lock on the door was broken, and a man walked in while I was using the restroom, very embarrassing.
