Staff was wonderful. Four stars just because it was cloudy so didn't get to see much. Staff did try to find a place.

Thank you for joining us and we were bummed that it was cloudy last week as well. We do hope our options for your cloudy day were accommodating and hope to see you again in the future. With less clouds of course.

Great experience. Andrew and Tony were very professional. Although it was very cloudy, they took us to a spot where the aurora was atleast minimally visible.

This was our second try going to see the Aurora, chasing the clear skies and the aurora is the way to go! This company was the best! I had downloaded the aurora app and knew the aurora was supposed to be strong the night we flew in, I called the company and asked if we could switch our viewing night to the night we flew in, and they had room! They took us to see the pipeline and the auroras had started, we saw some there, they moved us to a different spot set up firepits, fed us food and warm drinks. No aurora at that spot then we moved to a third spot and OMG!!! Such a wonderful show! We had asked to have a second trip and a discount they accommodated but given the clouds were so thick we did go. They let you know if it's too cloudy to go and have a guarantee. That was what I was looking for. Don't waste your time at a lodge in a stationary place, chase the clear skies and the auras so much better than our first attempt and less expensive.

Thank you for this thoughtful review. We hope you enjoy your photos and memories for years to come. We tend to agree that chasing the auroras is much more effective in viewing the lights. The beauty of lodges are that you have all the comforts of home, but this does mean that if there are clouds you may not be able to view the auroras. We are glad you gave it a second shot and joined us and hope you have many more adventures.
