Floating past spectacular geological formations and views of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range as you run exciting Class II-III rapids. This trip is suitable for families, first timers or experienced rafters with great views and lots of adventure. You will run the best 10 miles of whitewater in Bighorn Sheep Canyon, groups or individuals looking to experience whitewater rafting in Colorado for the first time or tenth time. Great views and adventure! 2 to 3 hours on the water. This is the only trip that can start out of either of our locations.

We did the half day Bighorn Sheep rafting trip and could not recommend it more highly! Arkansas River Tour (ART) was incredibly accommodating. Kyle was our guide and he was excellent at it, making sure he did the best job keeping us entertained and safe while on the river. Of course with all rafting trips, they have to go over safety but no one every thinks they will need. it, Unfortunately, a teenage girl fell out of the raft but thanks to Kyle's skills and training, we had her back in the raft, in just a few minutes. If your looking to go rafting, ask for Kyle at ART! It's a smaller company which makes them more personable.

My brothers and I went on a trip down the Arkansas with Marshall as our guide. We had the good fortune to have the best tour guide on the entire river. Marshall told us what to expect as we would go down the river before the trip, but he didn’t tell us that we were about to have the most fun adventure of our lives. All I can say is go, ask for Marshall as your river guide and be prepared to have a blast.

Our group of 30 was very happy with our Colorado rafting adventure! The raft that I was in was led by Heather and she was phenomenal. She guided us through the rapids and made sure we had an amazing time. Since the water was high, we got splashed a lot and had a great time navigated through the Arkansas river. Overall, it was WELL worth the money!
