Van was old and a/c was not working. Too noisy due to the age of the van. Tour guide was very gentle. They need to upgrade van.

Our guide was excellent. A young native of Martha’s Vineyard, we loved his stories about growing up there. Also, after the tour we asked him for a restaurant recommendation. My grandson and I were hungry. He recommended Nancy’s and it was excellent!

According to my reservation, I was told to meet my bus in Vineyard Haven but when it didn’t show up, I got a call from the driver saying they were picking up in Oaks Bluff. We had to wait for 30 minutes while they made their way to us in Vineyard Haven, causing us to miss 30 minutes of the tour. I was given the option to take the afternoon tour but that did not work for our schedule. Besides this significant hiccup, the bus was comfortable and I was thankful for the cold bottled water on board as it was a very hot day. I did learn many interesting facts about the island during the tour.

All passengers meet in Oak Bluffs.... ITS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY.... we dont pick people up in Vineyard Haven, unless the ferry is not running in Oak Bluffs... ALL THE INFO IS ON THE TICKET.... thanks for your input....
